John E. Noga age 72 of Clayton, IA passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse, WI.  He was born September 22, 1944 in St. Charles, IL the son of Walter and Harriett (Carey) Noga.  He married Linda Nimbar on August 16, 1969 in Elgin, IL. John was a graduate of Northern Illinois University and worked in office management for a candy and tobacco distributor for many years.  He later went on to receive his RN degree and enjoyed his work in the health care field. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda Noga of Clayton, IA, his daughter Jaime (Adam) Archie and their child Maggie of Conroe, TX, his son Jason (Jessica) Noga and their children Ellory and Violet of Deerfield, IL.  He was preceded in death by his parents along with his father and mother in law, Mervin and Mae Nimbar..

A memorial gathering will be Monday, January 2, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien, WI with a rosary at 4:00 pm.  A private inurnment will be at a later date.
