Juanita M. Konichek age 89 of Prairie du Chien passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at the Atrium Care Center in Lancaster, WI. She was born March 9, 1929 in Prairie du Chien the daughter of James and Edith (Dilley) Warn. She was married Thomas Konichek, who later preceded her in death. Juanita worked at Geisler’s Blue Heaven, Kaber’s Supper Club and later for the Opportunity Center. She loved John Wayne movies. She is survived by her dear cousin Raymond Coleman of Prairie du Chien.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Cemetery in Prairie du Chien.
