Lloyd C. Rickleff age 94 of Prairie du Chien passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the Prairie Maison Care Center.  He was born February 12, 1923 in Prairie du Chien the son of Charles and Edna (Walters) Rickleff.  He married Faith Kapinus on June 27, 1945 at St. John’s Church in Prairie du Chien.  She preceded him in death on February 7, 1994.   Lloyd was in the plumbing and heating business for nearly 50 years then he sold it to his two youngest sons; Doug and Steve.  He is survived by his children, Bonnie Anghelescu, Susan Haberman, Vicki (Roy) George, Greg (Anita) Rickleff, Dan Rickleff, Doug (Teri) Rickleff and Steve (Cassie) Rickleff,13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, February 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Church of the Holy Family Parish, Rev. James Weighner officiating with burial in the Calvary Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien.  Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of services.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to be distributed to some of Lloyd’s favorite charities.
