Sending my deepest sympathy to all Rogers family and coworkers in Crawford co. I worked with Roger a few years ago with setting up some emergency communications systems for Crawford co. It was very clear that his focus and heart was to do the very best job possible to provide protection for and provide help in time of need for everyone in Crawford Co. It was a real pleasure working with Roger with the project.
I pray for peace and understanding for Rogers family, coworkers and friends.
John Kuntz. Fennimore Wi. 53809.

I am very sorry to hear of Roger's passing. I worked with Roger for many years in my role of Southwest Region Director and other positions with the Wisconsin Division of Emergency Management. It was always a pleasant opportunity to work with Roger and visit Crawford County. Roger had a great love for the communities and people of the county. I appreciated his professionalism and his knowledge of the county and the needs of it's agencies and citizens. I spent a lot of time with Roger during the Mississippi River flood of 2001. His ability to clearly describe local needs during the flood made it easy for me to relay those needs to Madison. Roger was a good man!
