Sharon A.  Mezera age 74 of Eastman, WI passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua, WI. She was born Sept. 20, 1942 in Charm, WI, the daughter of Donald and Zola (Ostrander) Becwar.  She married Wenceslaus “Winnie” Mezera on Sept. 10, 1960 at St. Gabriel's Church in Prairie du Chien.  He preceded her in death on February 10, 2007. Sharon worked at the Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital for many years.  She enjoyed camping, fishing, tending her flowers and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.  She is survived by her  daughters; Wendy (Joe) Froiseth of Viroqua, WI, Angela (Douglas) DuCharme of Eastman, WI and Tammy (Alan) Foley of Seneca, WI,  her sons; Randy (Laurel) Mezera of LaCrosse, WI and Rodney Mezera of Eastman, WI, her brother Gary (Judy) Becwar and sister Janice (Milo) Thornton both of Eastman, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son Wenceslaus and her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Eastman, WI, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of services.
