I only knew Brandon for a couple of years, but those years were great. When he was a freshman on the football team and I was a senior, I would always line up on him during practice, because he was smaller and I liked to play around with him. I would try to run him over and joke around when I blocked him. Everytime I knocked him over, he would always get back up. Later in the season, he got smart with my games and he reversed them on me, and he made me look like a fool. I like to say that I tried to teach him everything I knew, because I was his size when I started football as a freshman. I really miss him and I will keep him, Austin and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Our sincere thoughts and prayers to you all at this heart wrenching time.  We hope you can find comfort in the loving family and community you have.  We didn''t know Brandon well, but we thought he was always a pleasant young man with a nice smile.  His loss will be felt forever.

We are so very sorry.  Our thoughts and prayers have been with you and will continue to be with you in the difficult days ahead.  We wish that we could say something, anything, that would ease your grief...  I guess just please know that we are here supporting you and your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with your whole Family. Knowing when I walked in town I would see Brandon playing ball with Lucas or he and Austin riding bike. Now I will look at those places and not see Brandon''s face. I know this will never be easy for any of you, but know that the Eastman community is very close and will give your family support in any way you may need. The community has been heart broke with the loss of both Brandon and Skyler, please take care. I''m looking forward to seeing Maya in my Grandduaghter''s (Hayven) Pre K class this fall. I love seeing Maya out enjoying the summer weather.  You are a Great and Caring Family!! Darlene

I was so sorry to hear of Brandon''s death.  I taught him when I did long term and daily teaching substitutions at ECHOES School.  I always love teaching Brandon.  He had a gentle soul and was kind to everyone.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Our deepest sympathy to the Buffington family.  Jim is a bus driver at school and I was a cook in food service.  Brandon was just a nice young man, so quiet and liked by everyone.  We were so glad he was good friends with our nephew Michael Aspenson.  They were very much alike in manner.  If there is anything we can do for you, just ask.  God bless all of you.

Words could never express our sadness for your loss. Brandon was a great kid and was taken from us all way too soon. Please know that he left his mark on this Earth in his short 15 years. Love, prayers for strength and thoughts are with you all.

My sympathy for you and yours at this desvastating loss to your family. I was privileged to teach Brandon last summer in driver education and enjoyed him so much.  He was a wonderful young man and will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go with you.  I will keep Austin in my prayers, also, as he faces his long road to recovery.
