Craig T. Looney

Prairie du Chien, WI

Craig T. Looney age 34 of Prairie du Chien died as result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Friday, July 6, 2018.  He was born October 22, 1983 in Prairie du Chien the son of Timothy and Theresa (Dundee) Looney.  He married Lacey Nelson on May 21, 2011 at Pike’s Peak State Park in McGregor, IA. Craig was currently working for Nelson Hardwoods in Prairie du Chien.  He enjoyed the outdoors and love to fish and camp.  Most of all Craig loved his special times with his daughter Coralline.  He is survived by his wife Lacey and their daughter Coralline, his parents, Tim and Theresa of Prairie du Chien, his siblings, Dan (Bridgitt) and their children Myla and Jace of Cottage Grove, MN, Brandon of River Falls, WI and Amanda (Cody) Trentin and their children Kinslee, Elsa and Connor of Prairie du Chien, his grandmother June Looney of Prairie du Chien along with several cousins.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather James Looney and his maternal grandparents, Milo and Pauline Dundee.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Church of the Holy Family Parish, Rev. James Weighner officiating with burial in the Calvary Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien.  Friends may call on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien where there will be a wake scripture at 7:30 PM.
