Elizabeth V. "Betty" Curtis

Prairie du Chien, WI

Elizabeth V. “Betty” Curtis age 100 of Prairie du Chien died Sunday, June 17, 2018 at The Walter Schmidt Care Center in Prairie du Chien.  She was born September 3, 1917 the daughter of Alfred and Coral (Palmer) Leighty.  She married Fay Curtis on October 21, 1961 at the United Methodist Church in Janesville, WI.  Fay preceded her in death on October 7, 2000.  Betty worked for Parker Pen in Janesville for many years.  She is survived by her cousins, especially Norma Huza of Prairie du Chien along with several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother Robert Moore.

According to Betty’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. A private interment will be in the Union Nagle Cemetery in Patch Grove, WI.
