James R. Miller age 63 of Boscobel and formerly of Prairie du Chien, passed away on his 63rd birthday, May 17, 2017 after an extended illness.  He was born May 17, 1954 in Platteville, WI the son of Roman and Mary (Severson) Miller.  Jimmy worked at the Opportunity Center in Prairie du Chien for many years and enjoyed music and watching wrestling.  He is survived by his sisters, Rosemary Fernette of Prairie du Chien and Mary Jeannine Crahen of Waunakee, WI, his brothers Steve (Diane Long) Miller of Prairie du Chien and Mark (Terry Sizer) Miller of Madison, WI.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Judith Miller.

A memorial service will be Tuesday June 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. James Weighner officiating, with inurnment in the Calvary Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien.  Friends may call on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of services.  www.garrityfuneralhome.com
