Jennifer A. Cull Lewis age 46 of Crystal Lake and formerly of Prairie du Chien, died unexpectedly Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at her home following a brief illness. She was born August 25, 1971 in Madison, WI the daughter of Bernard and Edith (North) Cull. She married Richard Lewis on May 4, 2003 in Scottsdale, AZ. Jennifer worked at a veterinary hospital and was an animal activist. She especially loved dogs. She enjoyed her visits to Disneyland and Disney World. She is survived by her husband Richard of Crystal Lake, IL her twin children, Charles and Mattie Lewis, a stepson Jacob Lewis of Blacksburg, VA, her parents, Bernard Cull of Mt. Hope, WI and Edith North of Prairie du Chien, her sister Amy (Kelly) Wiens of Taylor, AZ along with her niece and nephew, Bobby and Ashley.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Barb Cook officiating, with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien.
