Kim Marie (Carlson) Lichtfuss

Wauzeka, WI

Kim M. Lichtfuss age 61 of Wauzeka passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.  She was born June 21, 1957 in Beloit, WI the daughter of Donald and Gloria (Spooner) Carlson.  Kim worked as an EMT and bartended in the Beloit area for several years before moving to this area where she worked at 3M company in Prairie du Chien for a while.  She was always creative and crafty and was interested in digital scrapbooking.  She became a designer and eventually the owner of an online scrapbooking store called “The Digichick”.  Kim was passionate about the outdoors whether she was working in her garden, planting flowers around the yard, or just enjoying nature in general.  She liked to read books, watch movies, and enjoyed cooking food and sometimes made up her own special recipes.  She is survived by her companion Eric Lee Olson of Wauzeka, her children, Jason Lichtfuss of Milton, WI, Matthew (Sara) Lichtfuss of Beloit, Joshua Lichtfuss and Anna (Joshua) Hanson both of Janesville, WI, her mother Gloria (James) Fourtounis of Beloit, her brothers Jeff (Jenny) Carlson of Rockton and Greg (Jen) Carlson of Beloit, two half brothers Robert (Jenny) Fourtounis of Janesville and Johnny Fourtounis of Wapaca along with two granddaughters Izzabelle and Mackenzie.  She was preceded in death by her father and her husband John Lichtfuss.

According to Kim’s wishes there will be no formal funeral services.  A private family inurnment will be at a later date.
