Margaret A. “Marge” Konichek age 72 of Eastman, WI passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Heritage Manor in Elroy, WI.  She was born March 12, 1945 in Eastman, the daughter of Donald and Mary (Sprosty) DuCharme.  She married Harold Konichek on June 1, 1963 at St. Wenceslaus Church in Eastman.  He preceded her in death on April 25, 2013. Marge worked in food service for the Prairie du Chien School District and later for Advance Transformer in Boscobel for over 25 years. She and her husband enjoyed riding their Goldwing motorcycle.  She is survived by her children, Denise (Richard) Butler of Boscobel, Doug (Susie) of Steuben, WI, Karla (Bob) Rogers of LaValle, WI, Lisa (Gary) Oswald of Boscobel, Michelle Richardson of LaCrosse, WI and Gene (Jolene) of Shepherdsville, KY, her sisters, Theresa Ocenosak of Cedar Rapids, IA, Sr. Delores Claire DuCharme of LaCrosse, Monica Krachey of Wauzeka, WI and Mary (Bob) Rose of Rice Lake, WI, 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother Clem.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Rev. Rajan Anandan officiating, with burial in the church cemetery.  Friends may call on Monday, November 27, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien, WI.
