Nancy L. Patzner age 79 of Prairie du Chien passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Care and Rehab Center in Boscobel, WI following an extended illness.  She was born May 24, 1938 in Lancaster, WI the daughter of Joseph and Loretta (Leeser) Argus.  Nancy owned and operated the Flair Beauty Salon in Prairie du Chien for over 30 years until her retirement in 2002.  She loved to bake and enjoyed arts, crafts and photography.  She was an active member of St. Gabriel’s Church in Prairie du Chien.  She is survived by her sons, Randy of Marquette, IA and Darren of Ft. Dodge, IA, her daughters, Dayna Patzner of Nashville, TN, and Rhonda (Matt) Stubbe of Prairie du Chien, her sisters, Judi (Patrick) Sullivan of Dubuque, IA, JoAnne McGuire of Peosta, IA, Charlene (Dean) Stephens of Verona, WI and Ruthie Argus of Dubuque, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a niece Marti Nelson and a brother in law Robert McGuire.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Gabriel’s Church of the Holy Family Parish in Prairie du Chien, Rev. James Weighner officiating. Interment will be later in the St. Andrew’s Cemetery in Tennyson, WI.  Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of service.
