Todd O. Bell, age 26 of Eastman, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012 at the Mayo Clinic Health System of LaCrosse, Wisconsin from complications of DuChenne Muscular Dystrophy.  He was born November 22, 1985 in Viroqua, WI the son of Craig and Julie (McManamy) Bell.  Todd was a 2004 graduate of Prairie du Chien High School.  He is survived by his parents, Craig and Julie Bell of Eastman and a brother, Tyler Bell of Eastman. Grandparents Richard and Betty Bell, Eastman; Marilyn McManamy, Gays Mills, and the late Gene McManamy.  Todd touched the lives of many people. His Aunts, Uncles and cousins adored him and loved to spend time with him, and he with them, and most of all he loved his brother Tyler. He also had many loving friends who spent many happy hours with him.

Funeral services will be Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church in Prairie du Chien, WI, with Reverend Lynn Schreck officiating.  Interment will be in the National Cemetery in Eastman, Wisconsin.  Friends may call on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien and at the church on Thursday, November 15 from 10:00 AM until time of services.
