Bradley Thomas Trost-Barger, age 34 of Prairie du Chien passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 9, 2024, at his home. Brad was born September 24, 1989, to Dennis Barger and Julie May. Brad grew up in Wyoming, MN before moving to Lynxville area in 1998. Bradley graduated from Seneca High School with the class of 2008 and later attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He then lived in Prairie du Chien and worked for Hurd Excavation and Milwaukee Valve Company for several years. Brad enjoyed manufacturing work and was a talented computer numerical control (CNC) machinist. He is survived by his children Mason, Finley, and Braelynn Barger; his mother Julie May; brothers Michael and Tony Barger; and Grandma Thecla, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Dennis, and Grandparents Ceil and Larry Barger, Thomas Trost and Shirley Trost, Uncles: Tim Trost and Duke Barger and cousin Nicholas Trost.
A Celebration of life will be Saturday September 14, 2024, from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Lawler Park, North Shelter in Prairie Du Chien, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
