Colt Bennett Moureau

Colt Bennett Moureau was born peacefully in the night on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Gundersen Health Systems in LaCrosse. He is the son of, Carter and Tayler (Kapinus) Moureau of Wauzeka, WI. 

He is survived by his parents, Carter and Tayler (Kapinus) Moureau. His big sister, Cora Mary. His paternal grandparents, Carter and Missy Moureau of Houston, TX along with his maternal grandparents, Bob and Sue Kapinus of Wauzeka. Paternal great-grandparents, Jerry DiCarlo, and Wayne and Erika Moureau of Houston, TX. Maternal great-grandparents, William Kapinus Sr. of Wauzeka and Dennis and Judy Reiger of Boscobel. Colt is survived by a paternal uncle Jeremy (Kristen) Moureau and an aunt, Meagan Moureau, of Houston, TX. A maternal uncle Austin (Taylor Lawerence) Kapinus of Wauzeka. Cousins Layla, Kylee, Madden and Tatum Moureau, Jacob Maywald and Oliver Kapinus. 

He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother, Lynn DiCarlo. Maternal great grandparents, Mary Kapinus and Roy Osborn, and an uncle, Anthony Kapinus.

A private graveside service will be held in the Wauzeka Cemetery with Pastor Stan Pegram officiating. There will be a visitation at Century Hall in Wauzeka on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm. .
