Delores Joan (Evenson) Falls

Delores J. Falls age 84 of Prairie du Chien passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the Prairie Maison Care Center in Prairie du Chien, WI.  She was born August 18, 1934 in Rushford, MN the daughter of Oscar and Bernice (Lukkason) Evenson.  She married Gerald “Jerry” Falls on August 18, 1957. Sadly Jerry preceded her in death on May 23, 2019. Delores worked for the Law Office of Peterson, Antoine and Peterson and later for St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Prairie du Chien. She loved country music and entering contests.  She once won an all expense paid trip to Belize.  She was a longtime member of the Eagles Club Aerie 1502.  She is survived by her son Keith (Karen) of Charlotte, NC, her brother, Wesley (Dee) Evenson of Winona, MN, her grandchildren, Kirsten, Kiley and Kamden.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 61 years, Jerry.

Funeral services will be held graveside on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Fountain City Cemetery in Fountain City, WI.  The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien is helping the family. www.garrityfuneralhome.com
