Gayle J. (Kedl) McIntosh

Gayle J. McIntosh age 82 of Prairie du Chien passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Crossing Rivers Healthcare in Prairie du Chien. Gale was born January 10, 1938 in Prairie du Chien, the daughter of Theodore and Ruby (Miller) Kedl.  She married Lewis “Pie” Mac McIntosh on June 27, 1959 at the United Methodist Church in Prairie du Chien. He preceded her in death on January 19, 2020. She worked at Prairie City Bank and later for the Prairie Spy and Courier Press Newspapers.

She is survived by her sons, Todd (Stephanie) and Thad (Ruth) her grandchildren, Gayla (Aaron) Waddy, Kylie (Neil) Gross, Devin (Emily), her great grandchildren, Audrey, Aaron Jr., Kayla, Hadley, Harlow and Henli.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Mac and her parents.

A Graveside Service is being planned for a later date at the Evergreen Cemetery in Prairie du Chien.  The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.
