Jody Lee Martin

Jody L. Martin, age 61, passed away on Saturday October 16, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born May 24, 1960 the son of Floyd “Pood” and Anna (Mezera) Martin.  He graduated from Wauzeka High School in 1978.  Jody married Inga Falck on September 8, 1979, in Wauzeka, WI.  Jody farmed and drove semi for numerous years.  He loved to fish and spend time with his family.  Jody enjoyed spending time at the Wauzeka Learning Center where coffee, tornados, and good fellowship was served.  He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Inga, his sons, Travis (Kelly), Troy (Jessica), Trent (Melissa), and Tyson (Ashley Fortner), sisters, Marcia (Shane) Hubanks and Kathy (Steve) Oswald, sisters and brothers in laws, a special and close friend Brad Groom, 14 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Jody was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister Joanne Martin.

A Celebration of Jody’s Life will be Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Jody and Inga Martin residence beginning at 4:00 P.M..  The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien, WI is assisting the family.
