Keith L. Harville

Keith Harville age 94 of Prairie du Chien passed away Monday, October 21, 2019 at the Crossing Rivers Hospital.  He was born July 17, 1925 the son of Harry and Isadora (Brodt) Harville.  Keith served in the US Navy during WW II.  He married Ruby Hohstadt on October 14, 1947 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA.  He and his wife farmed many years in Patch Grove Township. Keith later retired from 3M Company in Prairie du Chien. He belonged to the Patch Grove American Legion, the West Grant Saddle Club and the Patch Grove United Methodist Church.  Keith also served on the West Grant School Board. Ruby preceded him in death on February 28, 2015. He is survived by his children, Doreen (Roger) Fish, Tim Harville, Trudy (Cliff) Wachter, Dean (Sharon Winger) Harville, Linda Wellumson, Lynn (Connie) Harville, and Rodney Harville, 24 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church in Prairie du Chien, Pastor Cheryl Weaver officiating, with burial in the Patch Grove Cemetery. Military honors will be accorded by the Prairie du Chien Honor Guard following services at the church.
