Lucille’s husband Dale preceded her in death on August 31, 2015. She is survived by 4 children Darrel Phelps, Angela (Roger Moots) Conklin, Monica (Luis Morales) Mains, and Christopher (Jenny) Phelps; granddaughter Susan Conklin, numerous nieces and nephews, and her Godchild and personal caregiver Julie Metcalf Cull.
