Madonna Mae (Hurda) Long

Madonna M. Long age 86 of Prairie du Chien passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at the Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse, WI.  She was born March 11, 1935 the daughter of Joseph and Viola (Dreier) Hurda.  She married Donald Long on April 4, 1959 in Prairie du Chien.  Together they farmed in the Bagley area most of their lives. They loved to square dance. Donald preceded her in death on February 22, 2003. She is survived by her sister Arletta Fischer, her niece Kerry Tantillo along with great nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.   
A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, November 8, 2021 from 10:00 AM  to 11:00 AM at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien, WI.
