Marc A. Reising

Marc A. Reising, age 57 of Wauzeka, WI passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, WI of a brief, unknown illness. He was born March 14, 1962 in Harvard, IL, the son of James and Dorothy (Weidner) Reising. Marc married his wife of 35 years, Karen McCarthy on May 5, 1984 at the Sacred Heart Church in Wauzeka, WI. He farmed his entire life on the family farm on Dutch Ridge in Wauzeka. He had a love for both the land and animals under his care. Marc was a kind man with a huge and loving heart. He also enjoyed working many years at Moravits Dairy in Bloomington.

Marc is survived by his wife Karen; his two sons, Casey and Christopher Reising and one daughter, Kylie (Joe) Poots; his brothers, Mike Reising, Matt (Ruth) Reising, and Eric Reising; his sisters, Lori Reising, Lynn (Gary Groom) Reising, Karen (Duane) Timm. Also survived by his mother in law, Rosemary, and brothers and sisters through marriage. As well as many loved and cherished nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and father in law Raymond McCarthy.

Due to current health concerns, a private Memorial Mass of Resurrection will be held at the Sacred Heart Church in Wauzeka, WI, Rev. Rajan Anandan officiating with interment to follow in the Wauzeka Cemetery.
