Marilee L. Millin, age 82, of Patch Grove, WI, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Grant Regional Hospital in Lancaster, WI. She was born on December 27, 1942, to George and Natalie (White) Bouzek.
Marilee was united in marriage to Edward Millin on August 6, 1960, at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Prairie du Chien, WI. She previously worked at a local speaker factory before devoting her time to providing childcare and raising her family. Marilee was a devoted member of St. John Catholic Church in Patch Grove and enjoyed playing cards with friends and family, fishing, dancing, and spending time outdoors. She was a charismatic and loving mother and grandmother, known for always sending birthday and Christmas cards, her quick wit, the playful way she called out “Edward” to her husband, and her fondness for scratch tickets.
She is survived by her husband, Ed; three sons, Robert, Michael, and Jeffrey Millin; two daughters, Lori Fortier, and Regina Adam; one brother, Phillip Bouzek; as well as fourteen grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Lee Millin; siblings Albert Bouzek and Ann Tippery; two infant sisters; and three infant brothers.
A Memorial Mass of Resurrection will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. at St. John Catholic Church in Patch Grove, WI, with Fr. Sudhakar Reddy Devarapu officiating. Inurnment will follow at Patch Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 8:30 A.M. until the time of Mass.
