Mary Adeline Barrette

Mary A. Barrette, age 81 of Prairie du Chien passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024, at her home. She was born October 28, 1942, to John Henry and Marguerite (Thimmesch) Barrette. She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy with the class of 1960. Mary was a long time cook at Kaber’s Supper Club in Prairie du Chien until retirement. She was an active member of Holy Family Parish in Prairie du Chien and sang in the church choir. She is survived by 2 brothers Joseph and Ralph Barrette. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Theresa Teachman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at St. John’s Church of the Holy Family Parish, Fr. Brandon Guenther officiating with burial in the Calvary Cemetery, both in Prairie du Chien. Friends may call at the Garrity Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of departure for church.
