Mildred Slater Obituary

Mildred Slater, age 100 of Prairie du Chien, WI passed away Friday, September 4, 2020 at Prairie Maison in Prairie du Chien. She was born July 24, 1920 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Stephen and Julia (Nasco) Pazicky. She married Daniel Slater, who later preceded her in death in 1997.

She is survived by her daughter Sheryle (Tom) Rehmus; her sons Dennis (Kathy) Slater, Danny (Debbie) Slater, and Dean (Jackie) Slater; her daughter-in-law Cindy Slater; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great, great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son Donald Slater.

According to Mildred’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
