Rick L. Petsche

Rick L. Petsche age 64 decided to play a new golf course called “Heavensgate Private Club”.  Tee time was 8:36 AM on April 3, 2020.  Arriving at the tee box was Roger Goodman along with his twin brothers Garry and Larry, his brother Bruce, his nephew Cory whom he was going to teach how to golf, his sister Cheryl, driving the beer cart, and Mattie chasing the golf balls.  Rick’s other passion in life was playing fast pitch softball.  He could tell you every team member he played with.  The best story was about Bush Ballpark where he hit numerous home runs.  The fence was really short.  He was also an avid bowler.  Rick lived his life with his wife Kelley, children Stacey (James) Johnson, Brent (Jodi) Petsche, Melissa Petsche, his mother June Petsche, his sisters DeeDee, Irene, and Melody, his brother Jeff “the good looking one”, six grandchildren, Layton, Leighmon, Payton, Alexis, Desirae, and Tristan, a special nephew Justin Petsche, and the newest additions to his family are his puppies Max and Zeva.

 Out of respect and concern for public health and safety, a celebration of Rick’s life will be announced at a future date. The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.
