Shane M. Gordon

Shane M. Gordon, age 58 of Prairie du Chien, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Crossing Rivers Health in Prairie du Chien, surrounded by his family. He was born on July 25, 1967, to Donald and Lee (Ohlert) Gordon. Shane attended MAR-MAC High School before going to work for Lowe’s Electric in Luana, IA, he later worked in La Crosse, WI at SkipperLiner Industries before moving to Universal Forest Products in Prairie du Chien. Shane married Suzanne Larson on June 25, 2016, in Prairie du Chien. Together, they enjoyed spending time on their acreage with the dogs, gardening, fishing, and riding the 4-wheeler. Shane was a talented handyman who was always quick to lend a helping hand to family and friends alike. He is survived by his wife Sue; stepchildren Ashley (Nick) Esch, Krista (Dustin Kilburg) Larson, Carrie Calwell, Kenny Feran Jr., and Shannon Salgado; parents Donald and Lee Gordon; and siblings Scott (Anna) Gordon, Todd (Jenny) Gordon, Jenny (Dan) Gordon, Glen (Tina) Gordon, and Jill Gordon.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien, with private inurnment at a later date.
