Susan K. (Green) Johnson

Susan K. Johnson age 66 of Prairie du Chien passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.  She was born January 30, 1953 the daughter of Donald and Patricia (Wirkler) Green.  She married Jeffery Johnson on October 26, 1985.  Susan worked as a caregiver for Bluff Haven in Prairie du Chien and was an active member of the First Congregational Church in McGregor, IA.  She is survived by her husband Jeff, her son Benjamin (Tanya) Bradley, her daughter Stephanie (Nate) Edeler, her mother Patricia Green, her brother Robert Green, her sisters, Marypat Wulff, Elizabeth Green and Katherine Hennen.  She was preceded in death by her father Donald and a sister Peggy Jasper.

Susan has donated her body to the Department of Anatomy at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. A Memorial Service will be Sunday, December 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church in McGregor, IA with Pastor William Gentry officiating. Friends may call at the church on Sunday from 12:00 PM until the time of service.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or locally to McGregor Friends Helping Friends.
