Vivian M. (Wall) Bartz

Vivian M. Bartz, age 78 of Bridgeport, WI passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse, WI following a brief illness. She was born October 7, 1942 in Eastman, WI, the daughter of Edward and Elsie (Stluka) Wall. Vivian married Michael Bartz on April 18, 1964 in Elm Grove, WI. She worked as a bookkeeper for a nursing facility and later for a real estate property management company. Vivian was a talented seamstress. Michael later preceded her in death on December 12, 2018.

She is survived by her son Michael (Michele) Bartz; and her sister Carol (Rex) Johnston. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son John; and her brother John Wall.

Funeral Services will be Friday, November 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien, Pastor Miranda Klosterboer officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of services. Private family inurnment will be at a later date. The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.
